I chose this name because in my Utopia people can do what they please, when they want to. Plus I think its a cute name for a world.
La La Land Declaration of Independence:
I want to make La La land because their are so many things that aren't free anymore. For example school. Public school used to be a place where children, or people would go to get a free education. A place where all different races, and sex could go to learn so that they can have an affective future. Now a days there are so many things that cost money in school, or so many specifications for making it to the next year. AIMS. AIMS and tests like it are just excuses for the government to judge if we are smart enough and if we deserve to graduate. AIMS used to be a test that judged if the teachers were getting the information through to the kids or not. Now its a test to see how smart we are? No way. What if those teachers arent doing a good enough job on teaching us? We have to pay for it in the end if we fail. Not fair in my opinion. Thats why in La La Land you dont have to take the AIMS, and there is no school you don't want to go.
Another reason I would make La La Land is because these days the government restricts people too much. One way the government restricts us is by putting age limits on everything. Teenagers cant do anything without being questioned if they are old enough to be doing it. In my world we are free do as we please, and I don't mean like in this world where your free t do as you please, but you have to be a certain age. Nope. In my world you are free to do what you want. Its your life and if you want to mess it up with being stupid then thats your right. Another thing that the government does to restrict us is they put a price and everything. If you really think about you have to pay for everything you do. Parking, eating, school, work, traveling. What happened to free? In the land of opportunities they sure are making it hard to be successful if all we do is pay for stuff we want, or want to do. It's ridiculous, so thats why in La La Land everything is free. (There are a few grammatical mistakes that need to be fixed.)

--My government is a cross between democracy and monarchy. Basically I will appoint different people from the different groups of types of people in La La Land. So depending on how many different groups of people there are in my world will change the number of members in my group. We will then as a government makes the decisions that our world needs including rules, and such like that. Then we will present them to the public. All of the people that are in my government will be levelheaded people, and it will be fair for the people because there are a variety of different people that can represent each individual in my world.
